If you are unsatisfied with any item purchase for any reason, please contact us for a full refund. In general, returning items runs counter to our emphasis on sustainability - every return has a carbon footprint. Just explain what went wrong and a picture of the problem (if at all possible), and we will refund your purchase in full. Then, you can donate your product to a friend, a local charity, or recycle it.
Please submit refund requests in the first 60 days. Sooner is better so that we may be able to correct an issue which may effect other customers.
